Hamideh Saberi is the last year PhD candidate in Global History of Empires at Università di Torino. She studied the History of Islamic Culture and Civilization -an eight-year Bachelor and Master's- in Iran. She obtained the second Master’s degree in global Culture “History and oriental studies" at Bologna University (Italy). Her broad research interests lie in Gender studies (women, feminism, gender, and politics particularly in Iran). Her doctoral research will investigate Iranian women's conditions in late modern times.
