Note
a) The purpose for which the funds provided by FAO under this Agreement shall be used are the following:(i) Objective. The Services will contribute to the following Organizational objective :
Strategic Objective 4 Enabling Inclusive and Efficient Agricultural and Food Systems, in particular Outcome 4.3: Countries enhanced public and private sector capacities and increased investments to promote inclusive agro-enterprises and value chain development.
(ii) Outputs. The Service Provider will produce, achieve or deliver the following outputs:
Output 1 A mapping of ongoing and recent SFS initiatives/projects/programmes is conducted with a focus on those addressing sustainable food system issues in the Mediterranean.
Output 2 A mapping of relevant stakeholders (implementers, resource partners, and investors) is developed with a focus on their potential to contribute to the design and/or funding of flagship projects.
Output 3 Analytical briefs of shortlisted initiatives/projects/programmes are prepared with a focus on assessing their potential to be further developed into SFS-MED flagship projects.
